House and Garden Rental PackagesThe Garden - The farm has been rezoned as an “event facility” so that the gardens may be rented for special events, including day retreats, meetings, weddings, receptions, garden parties, birthday parties, and seated and buffet dinners; large dressing areas on the second floor are included for wedding rentals. The house has approximately 2300 square feet on the first floor, plus 1500 square feet of covered porches and patio, and is exceptionally well designed for dinners and cocktail parties, as well as for retreats and meetings. The gardens are, of course, wonderful. Several combinations of house / garden rentals are available. They also provide flowers for special occasions, including weddings and receptions, at very reasonable prices, either loose in buckets so the purchaser can arrange them, or in arrangements in containers provided by the purchaser or farm. Prices for loose gallons range from $18-30 and for arrangements, from $10-350. Wedding bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, and arches are also available. Flowers may be delivered in Pulaski Country and environs, or picked up at the farm or the Little Rock Heights location. A purchaser may visit the farm to choose absolutely the perfect flowers for the occasion! One may also now rent the house alone or the house and gardens for special events.
All gardens are beautifully lighted for evening events and contain electrical outlets for music, catering, and other necessary equipment. Outdoor speakers in several areas permit prerecorded music or digital radio to be piped from the house. Tents and moveable arches are available, and the farm bell can ring out in celebration!
The gardens are exquisite in all seasons and contain many different reception and seating areas. Several different packages of house and garden rentals are available, designed to accommodate 20- 350 guests with on-site parking. Prices range from $250-400 for use of the house alone, with price depending on the number of guests and time of year (holidays are a little more) and from $900 to $1400 for the house plus the gardens. All outdoor packages include use of the house and the front, east and backyard gardens. Daytime workshops and retreats may be priced individually based upon the number of participants and space and use requirements.
The House - The house is a wonderfully eclectic structure designed specifically for gracious and fun entertaining. The kitchen is huge, with an antique commercial gas stovetop and oven and a Gaggenau electric oven; counter space for preparations cover over 70 square feet, and a deep triple sink makes clean-up easy. A service counter for buffet serving separates the kitchen and the middle room. A beautiful walnut wet bar serves the living room end of the house.
The formal dining room seats 10. The informal dining area seats 10-12. Couches and chairs in the living room and middle room seat another 20 or so; additional tables may be brought in for larger groups. Porches contain couches, tables and chairs for 27. When weather permits use of the porches, the house alone can welcome 85-120 for stand-up receptions.
