The House and Gardens

The large house and extensive gardens are lovely. The spacious kitchen is perfect for self-catering or use by professional cateres. There are two ovens, a large gas cooktop, two refrigerators, and expansive prep areas. There are several comfortable seating areas inside the house and on the porches for lounging. The bride's dressing area is quite large with couches,mirrors, storage for dresses, and a private bath with double sinks and good lighting for hair and makeup.

Only one event is scheduled per weeked. Rental includes an hour the day before for rehearsal. Decorating may start early on the grounds and continue all day. Music must stop by 10:00 p.m.; cleanup must be completed by 10:30. The grounds include lighting for evening events, outdoor speakers connected to house music system with Sirius radio, a dancefloor and wedding arches and gazebos. Users may provide their own music through computers, CDs, and phones. Tables and chairs are not included. Rentals are available late May-June and late September trhough October.
