EVENTS

Rental prices for 2019:  $1850 for the weekend; $75 for 2 hour photo shoot other than event weekend. Smaller parties utilizing house only, $200 per hour, 2 hour minimum ($400). Events with garden usage, $275 per hour, 2 hour minimum ($550). Meetings on weekdays, $50 per hour. 

Events may self-cater if desired or use professional caterers.  On site cooking (including outside) is permitted. There is an large wood-fired pizza oven that may be used by parties. Alcohol may be served for up to three (3) hours.  Rentals include a primary wedding gazebo, a smaller moveable gazebo, several wedding arches, and a dancefloor.  

DJ's and/or bands are permitted; music be kept to the decibel level required by the city and must cease by 10:00 p.m..  Electrical outlets are scatted throughout the site to allow speaker and lighting hookups.  There is an outside speaker system powered from the house accomodating phone and computer playlists, radio and/or CD's.  

An hour the prior day is provided for a rehearsal.  Decorating may begin early in the morning the day of the event outside; the house is not open until 9:00 a.m. Events must be cleaned and vacated by 10:30 p.m. 

Generally we schedule garden events only from mid-May through early July and late September through Octboer due to weather constraints. Other events may be scheduled throughout the year.
